Proof?

Most of you know that I am a life-long atheist. I reject all assertions that there is a Superior Being, or Supreme Being, or God, or Gods, or anything else of that nature (so to speak). No God, no Jesus, no Allah, no Zeus, no Loki, no Juno, whatever they happen to be called. However…this headline almost - ALMOST - makes me second-guess my lack of belief. Getting rid of Tina Fey is sure to improve the quality of SNL. Maybe there really is a God.

  1. *shakes head* Is there any one else we need to get off of a television show for you to second-guess your lack of belief? *winks*

  2. What? No Zeus???

  3. Alec Baldwin will be on her new show, which means I’d rather get a root canal than watch it.

  4. Can’t remember where I saw it…but they interviewed her mother and she claims that Tina has a MAD unibrow that she has to tend to on a daily basis. I wouldn’t doubt it. Hey if the new show doesn’t work out I’m sure she could always get a job with the Ringling Brothers as part of the freak show…

  5. This weeks edition of the Australasian version of New Scientist has a good proof of the non-existance of god, on their humour page ‘feedback’:
basically, the number of possible gods is a whole number, ranging from a negative infinity to a positive infinity. Going on the widely accepted assumption that our universe is typical of all possible universes, the actual number of gods lies right in the middle of the range of possible gods: zero.
