Great Blogs You’re Not Reading (But Should Be)
If you’re looking for something to spice up your blogroll, trust me: you can’t go wrong with adding these folks.
“The Jake Silver Show” is great; this guy is a natural-born blogger. ‘Nuff said.
My man Sam over at Sam-A-Rama is known to most of my Montana blog-buddies; the Big Sky Blogosphere sort of “adopted” Sam early on, as his personality and sense of humor fits right in with us. Alas, he is trapped Back East, but still able to entertain and enlighten us via his blog. Bonus Points: like me, Sam is a huge fan of the 60s TV show “The Green Hornet,” and even has video of the Green Hornet vs Batman fight scene!
Julie has been blogging over at Lone Prairie for quite a while; in blog-years, she’s quite a veteran. She has a very unique style that is hard to describe; she’s tough, but elegantly so. She blogs from North Dakota, which is right next door to me, and which adds to her coolness.
Someone who doesn’t post often enough - but when she does, it’s always good - is Viking Zen. Heck, she gets Bonus Points just for her cool name! But beyond that, she’s got a great sensibility and approach to life. Good stuff.
Finally, I present to you the one and only Monkey. He’s a fellow Montanan, which is cool, and he rarely never censors his posts, which is scary. And funny. But never dull.

Thank you! Thank you! So thrilled that I screwed up the math on the comments’ validation page! But then again, I am mathematically deranged…
