CHOOD

Remember “sniglets?” A sniglet is a word that isn’t in any dictionary, but should be. The popularity of sniglets soared in the 80s when comedian Rich Hall began featuring sniglets on TV and in a book. Well, I finally came up with one of my very own!
CHOOD (rhymes with “chewed”):
noun - the partially-chewed food in a person’s mouth when displayed purposefully to another person, usually a sibling.
Usage: “Mom! Billy chood me!”verb - the act of intentionally displaying partially-chewed food to another person.
Usage:“Ewww…that’s some nasty chood!”
So…you have any sniglets to share?

The problem with sniglets is that if they become accepted, they find their way into the dictionary…and then they cease to be sniglets.
If you like them, though, you might want to check out the Double-Tongued Dictionary at http://www.doubletongued.org.
“Chood” is usually referred to as “see food” among the the 6 and 7 year olds attending summer day camp on LI.
“Programagic”. What we non-software developers use to describe the sometimes magical stuff that happens behind the graphical user interface.
